O julgamento do habeas corpus, que teve relatoria da desembargadora federal Andr\u00e9a Esmeraldo, se baseou num relat\u00f3rio da Junta M\u00e9dica da Secretaria de Estado de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria (SEAP). De acordo com o documento, as complica\u00e7\u00f5es enfrentadas pelo ex-parlamentar est\u00e3o associadas ao ambiente hospitalar de infec\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jefferson \u00e9 proibido de usar as redes sociais ou aplicativos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e, tamb\u00e9m, de sair do estado do Rio de Janeiro, exceto em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de emerg\u00eancia m\u00e9dica que deve ser comprovada e comunicada \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Federal.
